Our strength classes combine the principles of strength training, Pilates and movement. Fits whoever is:

* wanting to gain strength and improve fitness after injury or pain
* wanting to gain strength and improve movement after recurring injury/pain
* wanting to improve their body's resilience to injury/pain or reduce risk of injury/pain
Groups are small with individual attention and programming
